Cette exposition d\u2019\u00e9bauches monochromes \u00e0 l\u2019encre est un aper\u00e7u du processus de d\u00e9couverte de soi de Lisa \u00e0 travers ses peintures. Elle explore des sujets tels que le syst\u00e8me nerveux central, la pose d\u2019intentions claires, l\u2019\u00e9tablissement de limites saines, l\u2019auto et la co-r\u00e9gulation, la compassion envers soi, l’autod\u00e9rision, l\u2019humilit\u00e9 et la qui\u00e9tude. Dans sa pratique de l\u2019art, elle pr\u00eate attention (parfois avec \u00e9l\u00e9gance, parfois maladroitement) \u00e0 l’exp\u00e9rience de se sentir \u00e0 la maison en elle-m\u00eame.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p><\/p>\n\n
S’arr\u00eater pour laisser des marques sur le papier, cr\u00e9er des textures avec de la peinture, explorer des id\u00e9es avec des coups de pinceau, a le pouvoir d’\u00eatre un microcosme de nos sch\u00e9mas psychologiques et physiques. Lisa utilise le croquis comme une pratique subtile lui permettant d’\u00e9tendre l\u2019espace entre ses pens\u00e9es, ses sentiments, ses sensations et la mani\u00e8re dont elle r\u00e9agit \u00e0 leur encontre.<\/p>\n\n
Pour elle, l\u2019art est une mani\u00e8re d\u2019apprivoiser et de transformer son corps en mouvement et son esprit \u00e0 travers l\u2019\u00e9coute active. Plut\u00f4t que d’essayer de se forcer \u00e0 transcender son humanit\u00e9 d\u00e9sordonn\u00e9e, elle souhaite l\u2019embrasser et tendre vers la transformation de mani\u00e8re ludique.<\/p>\n\n
Biographie de l\u2019artiste:<\/span><\/p><\/p>\n\n
Lisa Suchanek est une artiste qui a grandi \u00e0 Auroville parmi les arbres, la terre rouge et Windows 95. Au Pays-Bas, elle passe une License en Art Lib\u00e9raux et Sciences ainsi qu\u2019une Ma\u00eetrise en Communication, ou elle se sp\u00e9cialise dans les sons. Bien que son int\u00e9r\u00eat pour les m\u00e9dias, la philosophie et l\u2019art semblait lui convenir parfaitement, elle sentait que quelque chose manquait. Ces deux derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, elle s\u2019est questionn\u00e9e avec curiosit\u00e9, int\u00e9rieurement et ext\u00e9rieurement, s’int\u00e9ressant \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes pratiques de soins centr\u00e9es sur le corps, ainsi qu’aux th\u00e9ories psychologiques qui embrassent la multiplicit\u00e9 int\u00e9rieure.
\nElle a peu \u00e0 peu commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 appliquer ces modalit\u00e9s dans sa peinture, comme une pratique d\u2019incarnation, de d\u00e9sapprentissage, de d\u00e9couverte de soi et de gu\u00e9rison. Elle entend approcher sa vie avec un esprit n\u00e9ophyte et un c\u0153ur ouvert.
