Sabrina Srinivas seeks to reveal the inherent energy within matter, expressing its evolution from stillness to action. The ceramics sculptures and paintings made in her Auroville studio will flood the gallery in a game of colours and porcelain.

“Thanks Dominique” is a double exhibition paying tribute to Dominique Darr, the founder of Centre d’Art. Celebrating photography, her passion and profession, the first gallery will display a collection of her black and white prints of a trip to Japan in 1964.
The second gallery will be turned into an old photographic studio by Sasi Somu. Surrounded by antique furniture and décor, guests will be invited to have their portrait taken. After they have been developed in the darkroom, the prints will be gradually displayed on the gallery walls, making up a large family album.

During her two month residency, Natalie Champagne will lead an intimate investigation into the maternal and spiritual figure of Mirra Alfassa. “La part de l’inconnue” (The Unknown Part) will take the shape of an immersive installation combining photography, archives, textiles and sound design.
