Bhumilucis or “Land of Light”, is a collaborative art project created by Auroville's school youth. Using only Auroville earth & flora, nearly 100 young artists have come together to craft a series of participatory art installations and earth-paintings with the help of curator Aurodeva. The project is a dialogue between the students and their home – a celebration of talent, unison, and belonging.

Aurodeva Guerci is an Auroville born artist and therapist. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts & Social Sciences from the University of Maastricht, Netherlands, and a Master’s Degree in Art Therapy & Psychology from the BRERA Academy of Milan, Italy. As an artist, his unique wine painting technique has taken him across Europe in collaboration with a variety of institutions and the most prestigious wineries in the world. As a therapist he has worked in clinics with psychiatric patients and convicts and now operates a private practice for individuals. Aurodeva is driven by a commitment to service and fostering growth and well-being through his therapy and creative efforts.
